Why We Exist

Our ministry exists to provide Christ-centered transitional housing for young men, primarily ages 18 to 26, who are seeking freedom and healing from trauma and a new direction in life. Many of the men we hope to serve are at risk of incarceration or homelessness. We believe every young man deserves the opportunity to experience God's grace, discover his purpose, and build a life marked by integrity, responsibility, healthy relationships, and lasting sobriety.

We want every resident to become part of a family that pursues Christ together, practices accountability, serves others, develops practical life skills, and discovers that recovery is about far more than abstinence. It is about becoming the man God created him to be.

In Honor of Kaleb

This ministry is dedicated to the memory of our son, Kaleb.

Kaleb was twenty-six years old when he died. We believe God had placed gifts, leadership, and a calling on his life. Although his earthly story ended far sooner than we ever imagined, we trust that God is still writing a greater story through the lives that will be changed because of him.

Every young man who walks through our doors will be given an opportunity that our son no longer has, the opportunity to choose healing, to be discipled, to discover his God-given purpose, and to become a leader who influences others for Christ.

In this way, Kaleb's legacy continues to point people toward hope. His life reminds us that every life matters, every day matters, and every opportunity matters.

Our Commitment

We believe every person bears the image of God and deserves to be treated with dignity, love, and respect.

Even when difficult decisions must be made, we will remember that a person's worth is never determined by behavior, addiction, incarceration, relapse, or failure. Nothing can separate them from the love of God found in Christ Jesus.

Vision Statement

We envision a future where men who might otherwise have nowhere to go find a place they can truly call home.

Forever 26 Ministries exists to create a Christ-centered community where men are loved, challenged, and believed in. Here, they are surrounded by mentors who have walked the road of recovery before them, offering hope that lasting transformation is possible.

We envision a place where men no longer feel they must hide behind anger, shame, or the belief that they have to be tough. Instead, they learn to explore their emotions, heal from their wounds, and discover that vulnerability, accountability, and faith are signs of strength, not weakness.

Our prayer is that families will be restored. Wives will welcome husbands home. Children will know the love and presence of their fathers. Mothers will watch their sons become the men they were created to be. Generational cycles of addiction, incarceration, and brokenness will be replaced with legacies of faith, healing, and hope.

Most importantly, we envision men discovering who they truly are, not defined by addiction, trauma, incarceration, or failure, but by the truth of who God says they are. Through a relationship with Jesus Christ, they will reclaim the lives He intended for them and become leaders who love well, serve others, and make disciples who continue the work of restoration.

We believe that when one man is transformed, a family can be restored. When families are restored, communities are strengthened. And when communities are strengthened, generations are changed.

Jesus Christ is the foundation of everything we do. We believe lasting freedom and transformation are found in Him, and we seek to point every resident toward a personal relationship with Christ.

2. Every Person Has God-Given Worth

Every man who walks through our doors is created in the image of God and will be treated with dignity, love, and respect regardless of his past, his struggles, or his failures. No one is beyond redemption.

3. Healing Happens in Relationships

God created us for community. We believe lasting healing takes place through healthy relationships, authentic connection, mentoring, accountability, and belonging. No one was meant to recover alone.

4. Truth and Grace Walk Together

We believe the most loving thing we can do is tell the truth with compassion. We hold men accountable because we believe in them, while extending the same grace that Christ has shown us

5. Recovery Means Becoming Whole

Recovery is about far more than sobriety. We believe healing includes emotional, mental, relational, spiritual, and practical growth. Our goal is to help men become the people God created them to be.

Every man has God-given gifts and a unique calling. We help residents discover their purpose, develop life skills, pursue meaningful work, and live lives that make a lasting impact.

We believe transformed men create transformed families. Our vision extends beyond one generation as fathers, husbands, sons, mentors, and disciple-makers break cycles of addiction and build legacies of faith, healing, and hope for those who come after them.
